我公司開(kāi)發(fā)的V型靜態(tài)選粉機(jī)是一種新型的分級(jí)設(shè)備，主要運(yùn)用于大顆料物料的打散與分極。V型選粉機(jī)不需要任何動(dòng)力，利用氣流的不同速度梯度，對(duì)粉狀物料進(jìn)行粗分級(jí)處理。且內(nèi)部采用大量的耐磨防護(hù)材料，減少對(duì)設(shè)備的磨損。

Working principle

物料經(jīng)提升機(jī)從喂料溜子全寬度喂入V型選粉機(jī)中，均勻分散通過(guò)進(jìn)風(fēng)導(dǎo)流板進(jìn)入選粉機(jī)分選區(qū)域。與此同時(shí)，由于選粉機(jī)內(nèi)為負(fù)壓狀態(tài)，氣流從選粉機(jī)殼體進(jìn)入選粉機(jī)，穿過(guò)均勻散下的物料，再通過(guò)出風(fēng)導(dǎo)流板，后從出風(fēng)管排出。由于重力作用，物料在下落過(guò)程中受到導(dǎo)流板的沖擊而變的松散，在氣流的折流作用下，其中的細(xì)粉會(huì)隨氣流經(jīng)由出風(fēng)管排出，直接進(jìn)入高效選粉機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行分選處理，并由袋收塵器收集為成品。粗粉在經(jīng)過(guò)空氣調(diào)節(jié)閥的二次分選后，通過(guò)粗粉排料口排出。
